Your application

ARNCO Development LLC collects your name, email, firm, professional role, experience, practice jurisdictions, testing interests and consent selections to review pilot applications, verify your email and manage access. Application records and status are available to authorized administrators and are prepared for integration with our Zoho back-office account.

Applying does not authorize ongoing promotional email. The optional product-news checkbox is separate from the messages needed to process your application and provide access.

Research facts and attachments

Remove all client personally identifiable information before entering a question or uploading a document. Use neutral labels such as Taxpayer A. Remove names, SSNs, EINs, addresses, account numbers, dates of birth and signatures. Inspect redactions carefully; a black box may leave readable text underneath.

Questions and extracted factual attachment text are sent to the configured OpenAI API for processing and saved with the research record. The application requests that API responses not be stored by the response-storage feature; this does not promise that no provider retention occurs. Original uploaded files are not retained by the Navigator application. Only necessary readable PDF or text excerpts should be uploaded.

Access and administration

Saved research is associated with your account. System administrators can inspect saved questions, answers, evidence and usage. Individual accounts are required; do not share passwords. Internal-team and commercial-pilot deployments use separate databases and accounts.

Local redaction tool

The redaction tool processes documents in your browser. Its suggestions do not verify complete removal of identifiers. Review every page and inspect the exported document before using it.

Cookies and records

Session and security cookies support sign-in and form protection. This release does not add advertising trackers. You can delete your saved research through the workspace; request-history entries are retained without the deleted research link. Application retention and deletion requests are handled by the administrator.
